Contact

If you are interested in learning more about my services or would like to schedule an initial appointment please contact me either by emailing bethmorleycbt@gmail.com, giving me call or sending a text to 07383083379.

We will then arrange a 15 minute chat at a time convenient for you where we can discuss in more detail what you are looking for.

After this, if you wish to go ahead then we will arrange an initial assessment where we can talk in more detail about your current difficulties and expectations, and what the most appropriate therapy is for you at this time. Assessments can take 1-2 60 minute sessions, it is important that we take our time at this stage of therapy as this provides the building blocks for your future therapy.

Depending on the outcome of this assessment, we can then discuss the option of arranging further therapy sessions.

I am currently offering remote sessions via Zoom that last 50-60 minutes. Dependant on the problem you are looking for help with, on occasion sessions can last 90 minutes. The number of sessions I offer you will vary depending on your needs. After your assessment we would agree together an initial contract for the number of sessions and this will be regularly reviewed.

Fees

My standard fee for assessment and treatment is £80. Please note that for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice I charge the full fee.

I accept the following Insurance: Aviva, AXA health, Vitality
