We will then arrange a 15 minute chat at a time convenient for you where we can discuss in more detail the kind of support you are looking for.
After this, if you wish to go ahead then we will arrange an initial assessment where we can talk in more detail about your current difficulties and expectations, and what the most appropriate therapy is for you at this time. Assessments can take 1-2 60 minute sessions, it is important that we take our time at this stage of therapy as this provides the building blocks for your future therapy.
Depending on the outcome of this assessment, we can then discuss the option of arranging further therapy sessions.
Once we confirm availability that works for you, I will take your details over the phone and input this into my secure clinical booking system. You will receive further information about how I store data and about therapy via email prior to your initial assessment.
Please allow me up to two working days to respond to your email. If you are feeling unsafe or need urgent advice or support, I recommend calling your GP or 111. If it’s an emergency, please visit your nearest hospital emergency department. The Samaritans are also available online or by calling 116 123.
